To make a reservation, you will need to pay 20% of the amount in advance.
If you cancel the reservation 20 days before your arrival, there will be no charge.
If you cancel the reservation 19 days before your arrival until the day of your arrival, you will be charged with the amount of the down payment.
In the case of your departure before the specified date, you will be charged with 50% of your remaining accommodation.
Minimum stay: 5 nights in low season and 7 nights in mid and high season.
In terms of your accommodation
The prices include a the accommodation of 4 people. For each additional person the fee is €30 each.
The arrival time is at 4:00 pm and the departure time 11:00 am
The bed linen are changed every three days
It is forbidden for you to open the protective windshields for on the verandas of the houses by your own. They are opened and closed exclusively by us. Otherwise there is a possibility of causing damage which you will be charged for.
You can park where we indicate so as not to block the passage of other vehicles.
There are mosquito nets on all windows, which can be used, up to a wind speed of 4 bft.
Pets are allowed after consultation with the owner
